Nothing is shipped.
Pitara sells digital reading access only. No physical goods are sold or shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
How access is delivered.
After Razorpay confirms your payment to Pitara, the edition or membership is added to the Pitara account you were signed in to at checkout, and it appears in My library. Some payment methods take longer to confirm than others. Books then open in the Pitara reader on the website or in the installable web app; no file is downloaded or emailed. An internet connection is needed to read, except for books you download for offline reading inside Pitara.
If access does not appear.
Pitara automatically re-checks unconfirmed payments with Razorpay. If your payment is complete but the purchase is still not in My library, contact us by email at pranitwofficial@gmail.com or by phone on +91 77108 22226.
